SMC May Meeting

Please join us for SMC’s May 2010 meeting held at the offices of Time Warner Cable Media Sales & Sportstime Ohio!

The theme is: Cleveland Rocks!

Breakout session: Tony Ramos, local Clevelander and Specialist in PowerPoint Presentation will be leading the breakout session about utilizing “The Backchannel”.

*This interactive session asks participants to turn ON their cell phones and laptops so they can try out some of the current tools and learn how to include the backchannel in their presentations.

The food is: BYOB potluck as usual, the only catch is that you must bring items from local stores, restaurants or eateries to promote and support our fantastic city!

You can purchase items or make your own at home with locally purchased ingredients!

Some ideas would include:
Treats from Truffles, Lakewood
Beverages from Great Lakes Brewing Company, Cleveland
Pita and Hummus from Aladdin’s Baking Company, Cleveland
Brownies from Ultimate Brownies, Rocky River
Anything from the West Side Market, Cleveland

Time Warner Cable Media Sales is located in the Idea Center next to Playhouse Square on the third floor.

***Please enter the building on the Dodge Court Street entrance. This is located at the corner of E.13th and Dodge Court. (The opposite side of the main building entrance which is located on Euclid avenue). If you come from Euclid, walk down E. 13th street and turn right onto Dodge Court. The entrance will be down by the entrance for the Playhouse Square parking garage.

A SMC member will escort you to the office from the elevator.
