A twitter robot that broadcasts specials at Cleveland Restaurants

I started tweeting the specials whenever I eat out. I also built (jury rigged) a robot that retweets anything with #clevelandspecials. I announced it in a post on my blog and I posted a more detailed FAQ on a separate page.

Since SMC-Cleveland is a more twitter savvy bunch, I'll just repeat some of the details. To share a special, tweet and include the tag #clevelandspecials. This will be retweeted by @clevespecials. To be informed of area specials, just follow @clevespecials in any of the myriad ways you can follow someone on twitter.

So far, @clevespecials has 1 real follower. Also, I'm the only one sharing specials. I think this could be fun and useful so I hope that it can gather some momentum. You can help by tweeting specials whenever you have the opportunity. You can also help by following @clevespecials, retweeting @clevespecials or by posting about @clevespecials on your blogs, on facebook, etc... If you'd like to give the URL to the FAQ to your favorite chef or restaurant owner, email me your address. I'll mail you some sharp looking MOO cards with the information printed on the back.
